2. Return Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation, if applicable.
- Products that have been used, mixed, applied, customized, or specially prepared upon customer request are not eligible for return.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days through the original payment method.
3. Exchange Policy
